Seitz Labs is a clinical research organization that supports clinical studies carried out by board-certified professionals in accredited facilities. Seitz Labs is not a clinic or medical provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment outside of a study protocol.

You must be at least 18 years old to submit an application. Participation in any study is entirely voluntary. Submitting an application does not guarantee placement in a study, and study sponsors and investigators determine final eligibility through their own screening process.

Before enrolling in any study, you will receive full disclosure of procedures, risks, and expectations and will provide informed consent. You may withdraw at any time.

Qualifying studies may offer fair compensation for your time and participation. Compensation terms are determined by the individual study and are disclosed to you before you enroll.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information. We use the information you submit to screen you for studies as described in our Privacy Policy.

Program description. If you provide express written consent, Seitz Labs will send recurring automated service updates and account notification text messages to the mobile number you provide. If you separately consent to marketing communications, you may also receive promotional messages.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Consent to receive text messages is not required to submit an application, to participate in a study, or to purchase any products or services.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your activity and enrollment status.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

Opt-out (STOP). You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send further texts unless you opt in again.

Carriers. Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier and network conditions.
